Bridgette Capaldi is 18 years old as of March 13 2024. Bridgette is in grade 12 at Ingersoll District Collegiate Institute (IDCI). She is a competitive dancer, assistant, and aspiring professional dancer. Bridgette is trained in a variety of styles, including jazz, tap, hip hop, ballet, acro, contemporary, lyrical, and modern. Her favourite styles are jazz and contemporary. 

Bridgette has danced competitively at Elite Dance Centre for 15 years where she has won numerous achievements such as many overalls. She says her biggest career achievement was winning 2nd Place Overall Senior High Score for her solo at Dance Canada during the 2023/2024 season. Additionally, Bridgette is specifically awarded for her artistry, passion, and visible love for dance that she showcases within her solo. 

Bridgette has always enjoyed assistant teaching at Elite Dance Centre since she was young. She specifically excels in cleaning routines throughout each competitive year. Her love for assisting has earned her a position as a CREO protégé, where she hopes to one day become a faculty member. 

Nearing the end of Bridgette’s competitive dance career, she begins to focus on expanding her knowledge of dance even more. She plans to do so by taking a year after she graduates to train, make new connections, and take classes at conventions. Additionally, Bridgette plans to participate in many auditions for professional dance positions throughout this upcoming year, including cruise ships, and for shows. During the 2023/2024 season she has truly found her passion and love for the art of dance, and dreams of making a career.
