PROTÉGÉS

PROTÉGÉ GUIDELINES & REQUIREMENTS

• All PROTÉGÉS ages are determined as of January 1, 2025. For example: Ages for November 2024 events will be as of January 1, 2025, and ages for April 2025 events will be as of January 1, 2025.

• all PROTÉGÉS MUST PAY A YEARLY PROTÉGÉ FEE AT THE START OF THE SEASON. THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND SIMPLY HOLDS YOUR SPOT FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON.

• ALL PROTÉGÉS/PARENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A Letter of Commitment contract, media release form and injury waiver each season.

• IT IS MANDATORY THAT ALL PROTÉGÉS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE PHOTOSHOOT, A MINIMUM OF 1 REGIONAL EVENT AND THE TORONTO SEASON FINALE. IF FAILED TO ATTEND THE PHOTOSHOOT AND A MINIMUM OF 1 REGIONAL EVENT, SAID PROTÉGÉS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SEASON FINALE. THIS IS AT THE DIRECTORS DISCRETION.

• ALL PROTÉGÉS ARE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE IN THE PROTÉGÉ program year after year. SHOULD A PROTÉGÉ WISH TO NOT CONTINUE IN THE PROGRAM OR “TAKE A SEASON OFF”, they will have to re-audition to obtain a new protégé spot.
